What is Google Keep?
Google Keep is a web-based application designed for you to create and share notes, lists, and reminders. In Google Keep you can also add images, custom headers, voice notes, drawings, and much more! The notes are designed to resemble a sticky note. These digital sticky notes can be customized and shared.

Create A Note
Near the top of the Keep home page, you will see a box marking where you can "Take a note." This is where you will start a new note. Place your cursor and start typing in the box to begin a new note.
When you click on the box you will be able to create a title for your note. Now you can start typing your note.
Along with being able to type down your notes, there are many options available to you to customize your notes.

Search Notes
You can search and filter your notes very easily. Tap or click in the search box to search by a keyword, phrase, labels, or names of collaborators.
You can also filter by any of the following options: reminders, lists, images, voice recordings, label categories, things, people, or even filter by color.
Google Docs Integration
View your Google Keep Notes in Google Docs
On the right-hand side in Google Docs, you will be able to toggle a side panel, which is located in the bottom right-hand corner. This menu allows you to access your calendar, notes, tasks, contacts, and maps. From this menu, you can view all of your notes, create a new note, or drag and drop a note into a Google Doc. Simply drag and drop the note into your document.
